Just like you, I am a Webmaster who needs backlinks so in all fairness I will be activating DoFollow for the comments posted on my Posts but with the following criteria:

1)  All Comments must be in English

2)  Comments must be intelligible and not just gibberish

3)  Comments must be about the topic.  Don’t bother commenting about how great the theme is or how you easily found the blog in Google or other spam sounding comments.

4)  This blog is protected by Akismet so if you’re using one of those Auto-Comment applications, don’t waste your time.  It’s just gonna go into my Trash Can.

Fair trade right?  Then happy commenting.
